  1. Welcome to Up, Up & Away, another desktop theme creation by
  2. Nekbyter's Themes 'n Schemes (c) All Rights Reserved 1997-98.  
  3. All of my themes are best displayed in true color (24-bit) on a 
  4. 800x600 screen. You also need Plus! or an equivalent to use 
  5. this theme.

  7. Because there has been a problem recently with misappropriation
  8. and unauthorized alteration of my themes, please read this legal
  9. garbage before you proceed.

  12. altering the major components.  You may share this theme with others

  14. remove the name from the wallpaper, that you do not post it on

  20. The sound effects for this theme were sampled from a CD entitled
  21. "Soaring Free" by Tranquil Moods.  If you're into New Age or
  22. ambient music, you should check this out.  It's distributed by
